In 2006 Community Solutions was born as an organized effort to bring creative solutions to cities, townships, and communities seeking to increase property values, community appeal, and living standards. As just a small part of our efforts we put our money were our mouth is purchasing and rehabbing distressed properties. By providing affordable quality housing in what would be distressed neighborhoods we are truly making a visible difference. We like to remind our realtors and investors that we aren’t simply investing in real-estate but communities. Our goal is to expand our services to include training, and career development training by 2008.
